On July 15, 2022, USPS submitted a spreadsheet to the EEOC Administrative Judge, and also to us as Phase I Class Counsel. During the coming weeks, we will not only be analyzing the spreadsheet for the Agency’s compliance with the Judge’s Order, but we will also be supplementing the spreadsheet with the information the EEOC has asked us to compile.
